I've been selling online since late 2020, since then my Etsy has accumliated thousands of sales and positive reviews. That being said, Etsy is not a very seller friendly platform so orders here will benefit me much more at a slightly cheaper cost for you. I appeciate you coming by!

★ Where are you located?
Salt Lake City, UT.
★ Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, I however cannot calcuate VAT/Import taxes so UK and EU buyers would be recommended to shop on my Etsy as it handles those for you. Currently I cannot ship to NZ due to USPS restrictions. I am no longer able to ship to Germany. :(
★ Are your stickers waterproof?
All my regular vinyl stickers can be used indoors and outdoors, they are water resistant vinyl and UV protected. I have used them for extended time on waterbottles, cars, and other appliances. Holographic stickers tend to be more delicate, I do not recommend them on cars or on places touched/washed often. They are water proof but will fade after awhile in those conditions.
For the longest lasting results I recommend hand-washing them with warm (not hot) water; though they can go in the dishwasher and on your car.
★ What can your magnets endure?
My magnets have been tested on my car for over a year, they have stayed in good condition with 100+ degree weather and heavy rain as I park outside. The snow and ice seemed to have little effect on my magnets though I recommend removing them for the winter. Please note I am not responsible for replacing magnets taken off of cars as they can be removed. Use outdoors at your own digression!
★ How long will my order take to ship?
Processing times are currently 3-5 days excluding weekends. Shipping times vary but are typically 3-12 days depending on your location within the US. International times can vary greatly.
★ Are orders tracked?
Yes, orders that cost $4.50 (and over for international) to ship are tracked through USPS. If you are only purchasing stickers there is a cheaper option for untracked shipping via stamped envelope, but you can also purchase the regular tracked.
★ Returns, Refunds, Exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. I can refund your order if it has not yet shipped. If there is a problem with your order such as it being damaged during shipping or I've sent you the wrong item please let me know I can replace the item with image proof.
★ Can you combine my orders?
Yes. If you have placed two or more orders please message me with your order numbers and I can combine them for you.
★ I entered my address wrong, what can I do?
If the package has not yet shipped please contact me and I can change it for you. If it has shipped and ends up being returned to me you will need to pay shipping again, I cannot be held responsible for the buyer entering the incorrect address.
★ Can you pack my order on Tik Tok?
I do pack orders on Tik tok occassionally, you are more than welcome to ask but please understand that I can't pack every single request. Thank you for understanding!
★ Do you take commissions or do custom merch?
From time to time I do take both character design commissions and merch commissions, I will typically post openings on my Instagram or Twitter @sleepyrogue
